A studio built on the belief that AI should serve people — not the other way round.
Nimit Studio was formed in Chiang Mai to give businesses across Thailand a calm, considered path into the possibilities of AI — without the hype.
Back to HomeFrom a sketch on a notebook to a studio in Su Thep
Nimit Studio was founded in 2022 by a small group of people who had spent years watching businesses in Northern Thailand attempt to adopt technology they did not fully understand — and often walk away frustrated. The name comes from the Thai word for forming or envisioning, a small reminder that good ideas begin as gentle sketches, not finished products.
The studio's early work focused on mapping the places where AI could realistically fit into the rhythms of Thai SMEs — hospitality, retail, local services — without requiring teams to retrain from scratch or hand over their data to unfamiliar platforms. That early discipline still shapes how every project starts today.
By 2024, Nimit had supported over forty businesses across Chiang Mai Province, completing integrations ranging from simple internal assistants to multi-step workflow support tools. Each project remained grounded in the same principle: build only what is genuinely useful, explain it clearly, and leave the team better than you found them.
Practical possibilities, clearly drawn
Our mission is straightforward: to help businesses in Thailand find and implement the AI tools that genuinely improve their daily work — and to do so in a way that every member of their team can understand and use with confidence.
We do not push particular platforms or stack our work with features that need constant maintenance. Every recommendation comes from a candid review of your context, your team's capacity, and the realistic options available at your budget. The choice always stays with you.
Familiar faces, consistent contact
We keep our team deliberately small so every client works with the same people throughout their project.
Priya Kosamak
Founder & Lead Consultant
Priya leads every Concept Mapping engagement and shapes the overall direction of each studio project. Eight years working across Thai SMEs inform her practical, unhurried approach.
Thanawat Wirot
Integration Engineer
Thanawat handles the build phase of every Drafted Integration. He writes clean, well-documented setups and insists that every handover includes notes the team can actually follow.
Narin Lertwong
Studio Support Manager
Narin is the familiar contact for all Studio Support clients. She prepares the monthly summaries and coordinates refinements as business needs quietly shift over time.
How we work — and what that means for you
Documented Scope
Every project begins with a written scope. No work starts until both parties are comfortable with what is and is not included.
Privacy-First Builds
We comply with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) throughout. Data handling for each tool used in your integration is documented in plain language.
Staff Walkthroughs
Every integration includes a live walkthrough session with the people who will use it — not just the manager who commissioned it.
Quality Review
Before handover, each build goes through an internal review checklist covering accuracy, usability, and alignment with the original scope.
Handover Notes
A plain-language handover document accompanies every Drafted Integration — written for the team, not for engineers.
Open Communication
We respond to queries within one working day and schedule check-ins at natural stages of every project so nothing drifts without notice.
What makes a good AI integration for a Thai business?
The businesses that get the most from AI integration tend to share a few traits. They are not necessarily the most technically sophisticated — quite the opposite. They are teams who know their own work well enough to spot where something repetitive, slow, or error-prone is quietly costing them time and attention.
At Nimit Studio, the Concept Mapping service is designed specifically to surface those spots — gently, through conversation. The result is a document of sketched options that belongs entirely to you. You are under no obligation to proceed further, and some clients find the mapping itself is enough to shift how they think about their workflow.
For those who do move forward, the Drafted Integration process builds a tailored AI assistant into one chosen tool — typically a platform your team already uses. The build follows a careful plan agreed in advance, and the five-week timeline is realistic, not aspirational. Your team receives proper documentation and at least one live walkthrough session before we consider the work complete.
The Studio Support Plan exists for businesses that want a familiar contact maintaining and thoughtfully expanding their integration over time. It is a monthly arrangement with no fixed term, reviewed together at each renewal. Many clients find it the most comfortable way to let AI capability mature alongside their confidence in using it.
Curious what AI could quietly do for your business?
A Concept Mapping session is a low-commitment starting point. One team, one conversation, one honest set of options.
